Police had their hands full with a man who they say assaulted a woman and an officer in Bryan.
When police arrived at Fit For Kids daycare Friday, they found Robert McDaris banging on the door.
When an officer tried to restrain him, McDaris kicked him and attempted to charge at the daycare center, according to police.
He was then restrained and put in a patrol car.
Police say the 24-year-old charged at a woman who was dropping her kids off at the daycare. He then started hitting and biting her, police said.
The woman was taken to St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan.
McDaris is being held in the Brazos County jail on $23,000 bond.
