Preparations Made for Aggie Season Opener

As the first Aggie game of the season draws near, crews are getting ready to unveil Kyle Field for the 2008 season.

Crews first stencil and stripe, then paint the turf in maroon and white.

It takes about 200 gallons of paint, 20 man hours, and 12 crew members to make the field shine.

Crews re-touch the paint on Kyle Field before every home-game.

The Aggies take on Arkansas State Saturday at 6 p.m.
