Several hundred dogs brought their masters to the Responsible Dog Ownership Day. The event was free, and provided low cost vaccinations, micro-chipping, and a host of other activities.

"Things like obedience, agility, tracking, we also have a search and rescue group that came out and did a demonstration, so it's a variety of things that you can do with your dog," said Valerie Reiss of the Brazos Valley Kennel Club.

Other pets donned their Sunday best to compete in the best dressed pet contest.
