Your daily commute could be a little longer starting Wednesday if you usually travel down Gabbard Road in Bryan.
Road work is scheduled for a section of the road from southwest of its intersection with Deer Trail to southwest of its intersection with Westwood Main
The road work involves removing part of the roadway, then installing new asphalt.
It will take about two weeks to complete, but during construction there will be times when you can still access the road.
The project is part of the city's $3.5 million street maintenance contract with Knife River.
Motorists are advised to use caution in the area.
