Seat Check Saturday

Brazos Valley residents took care of their most precious cargo Saturday.

Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers sponsored free child car seat inspections.

At least 70 vehicles made their way to the College Station Medical Center with little tykes in tow, and caregivers hoping they were strapped in right.

"We actually thought we did it perfectly but apparently we didn't so we're here to learn and see what we can do different to make sure we get in there secure and safe," said Tina Person, a grandmother from Bryan.

Certified technicians from Agrilife Extension inspected the seats.

They found quite a few that had either been recalled, or were unsafe, and those seats were replaced.
