The brother of a teen killed in a fatal drunk driving wreck has pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a minor. Wayne Dicky, Jr. was sentenced Monday to 45 days in jail, which he's already served.
On August 3, Dickey provided wine coolers to Tiffany Benevides at a Sweet 16 party. After the party, Tiffany's brothers Dillon and Gus, along with Dickey's sister Alex, were killed when their car slammed into a tree in Bryan.
An autopsy determined that the driver of the car, Dillon Benevides, was legally drunk at the time.
