So far this year, Joe Tennell has spent almost 80 days in jail on three separate arrests. Now he's back behind bars for a fourth time.

The 22-year old is well-known to local law enforcement. On September 9, Tennell was featured on News 3 as Brazos County Crime Stoppers Most Wanted due to three outstanding felony warrants including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday, an alert College Station police officer saw Tennell and took him into custody.

Tennell is still awaiting trial for his alleged involvement in the robbery of Fling Jewelry. He and two others are accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of diamond jewelry in January.
