A Bryan resident accused of a late August hit and run has been indicted by a Brazos County Grand Jury.
Michael Brandon Bogan, 27, allegedly hit two men and a woman in the four hundred block of Francis Drive on August 23. Officers say Bogan then took off without helping the victims.
One of the men suffered severe injuries, the other two victims had non-life threatening injuries.
Also among those indicted Thursday, was 28-year-old Daniel Mickey of Bryan. Mickey faces two charges of assaulting a public servant and one charge of attempting to commit arson
Authorities say they arrested Mickey in August after he broke into an apartment on Redmond. After he resisted arrest, Mickey was finally put into a squad car.
That's when he reportedly bent the car's door by kicking it, then got a lighter out of his pocket and began setting the squad car on fire. The car only suffered slight damage to the seat.
Mickey continued to resist arrest and even kicked a pair of officers.
