A 22 year old man is now in fair condition after a major accident in Bryan Tuesday night.

Tuesday night around nine, Bryan police say a man in a pickup truck was trying to make a left turn at the intersection of Boonville and Curtis when he crashed into a car.

Police say the car broadsided the truck.

The driver of the pickup was rushed to St. Joseph Regional Health Center and is now out of surgery. Officers say he was not wearing a seat belt.

The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries and released.

Charges are still pending on the accident.
