A modern day Bonnie and Clyde were among those indicted Thursday by a Brazos County Grand Jury.
James Manuel, 48, is charged with aggravated robbery. Police say he robbed the Wing Stop on University at gunpoint in August.
However, authorities say the mastermind of the plan is Manuel's ex-wife, Kami Manuel. The 42-year-old was a manager at the restaurant.
Authorities say she had already stolen thousands of dollars from the store when she asked her ex to rob the place. Manuel was indicted for aggravated robbery and theft.
Nicholas Darnley, 21, was also indicted for assaulting a police officer.
Police say the College Station resident was approached by an officer in August for public intoxication when Darnley suddenly began to get aggressive.
Police say he began to punch and choke the officer trying to arrest him, and then made a run for it. After a brief chase the officer caught up to Darnley and arrested him at the scene.
