Funeral arrangements are set for an A&M Consolidated student killed in a car accident earlier this week.
Funeral services for Tara Lewis, 16, are set for 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Visitation will be Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. Both will be held at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station.
Lewis was killed Wednesday when the car she was riding in ran a stop sign at William D. Fitch Parkway and Barron Road and was hit by a pickup truck, police said.
The driver of the car Lewis was a passenger in was 16-year-old Elizabeth Pfitzer. Pfitzer was in stable condition Friday at College Station Medical Center.
The driver of the pickup, Jason Greer, 31, was released from The Med on Friday, according to hospital officials.
Lewis and Pfitzer were both juniors at A&M Consolidated High School.
