A Robertson County teen is behind bars Saturday, after police say he and three other boys assaulted a student at Hearne High School on Thursday.
17-year-old Ricky Reed and three juveniles have been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The victim told police he was in the Hearne High School gymnasium when the four students charged at him from the locker room.
He said Reed and the others pinned him down then put a chain around his neck.
Police say the victim told them Reed said "lets hang him up," and began punching the victim in the head.
The underage boys have been taken to the Rockdale Juvenile Dention Center, and Reed is being held in the Robertson County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
Aggravated assault is a second degree felony.
