CHICAGO (AP) - Neighbors and well-wishers keep bringing stuffed animals and other items to a makeshift memorial outside the Chicago home where singer-actress Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were killed.

And tonight there was a candle light vigil. Hundreds gathered on the same day police found the body of Hudson's 7-year-old nephew.
Julian King's body was left in the back of a SUV.

Those gathered for the vigil sang, held hands and cried in the
cold.

One neighbor says the vigil was a show of support from the community for Hudson and her family.

Chicago police say the boy, like his grandmother and uncle, had been shot. A motive remains unclear. One police official says this "wasn't a case of a stranger-type homicide."
