Bryan police are investigating an infant's death at an in home child care center, however, authorities do not suspect foul play.
Police say someone from inside the home on Tiffany Park Circle called 911 at 2:06 p.m, notifying authorities that a four month old boy was not breathing.
Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene, and police say responders instructed the caller on how to perform CPR.
The infant, who was from Bryan, was taken to St. Joseph Regional Health Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said they do not suspect foul play. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
The home is a registered in home child care center, according to the state. Officials with the state's Child Care Licensing Division say the day care has been registered since at least 1998.
State officials said the child care center has been investigated twice before, however, there were no violations found. The complaints were described as low priority in nature and no other information was available.
