Bryan Convenience Store Clerk Arrested for Drug Possession

Citizen complaints lead to the arrest of a Bryan convenience store clerk and his brother.

Bryan residents Rinnie and Cody Taylor were arrested in late November after police found drugs and paraphernalia in Rinnie's apartment.

According to residents, clerks were selling drugs at two Bryan convenience stores, the Exxon Express Mart on Harvey Mitchell and Villa Maria and the Shell Station across the street.

Rinnie Taylor was arrested at the Exxon, where he was employed.

A search of his apartment turned up crack cocaine, and his brother, Cody, was arrested.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is now going after that Exxon's alcohol permit.
