Crime Victims Remembered in Annual Christmas Ceremony

It was a night filled with memories for some Brazos Valley families who paid special tribute to loved ones.

The sixth annual Tree of Angels Ceremony was held Tuesday at the Brazos Center.

Families of crime victims hung angel ornaments on a special tree in their honor.

The ceremony originated in Austin in 1991 by the People Against Violent Crime organization.

The event allows communities across Texas to join together to remember and support their family and friends.
