If you lived in Bryan-College Station in 2008, chances are you had a good year economically.
Homes sold at record numbers for most of the year. And if you did sell your home, you probably got more than what you paid for it.
But what will 2009 and beyond have in store for all us? Some predictions will be shared Wednesday at the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Conference Economic Outlook Conference.
Here are some numbers to digest. Home sales are projected to decrease in 2009 five to eight percent. But economists expect improvement in the years ahead as the population for our metro area will jump to almost 290,000 people by the year 2030.
