It may be past 5 p.m., but you still have time to get your property taxes paid in Brazos County.
Today is the deadline, if you're paying your property taxes in full.
Since February 1st fell on a Sunday, the deadline was pushed to today. If you don't make your payment, you will be charged penalty and interest.
The Brazos County Tax Office closed at 5 p.m., but there is a drop off box at the office, that will be open until midnight.
You can also make an E-check or credit card payment on the tax office's website until midnight. For more information, click on the link below.
If you're going to mail your payment, it must be post marked today.
The Brazos County Tax Office is located at 300 E. William J. Bryan Parkway in Bryan.
If you are taking advantage of the split payment option, the remaining half is due by June 30, 2009.
