Women Accused of Stealing Unusual Items

A trio is accused of going on a wicked shopping spree, just in time for Friday the 13th.

According to College Station police, the women stole numerous items Thursday from several different stores at Post Oak Mall.

Among the items taken, $2.95 mood rings, a dagger necklace, a dragon pendent and a clear skull.

All three women were arrested.

Ashley Brown, 19, of Madisonville, was charged with theft of up to $500. She was released from jail after posting $3,000 bond.

The other two are minors and were taken to the Brazos County Juvenile Detention Center.
