A Kingsland woman accused in a pair of purse snatching is in the Brazos County jail.
Cynthia Mabry, 48, was transferred to Bryan on Sunday and charged with theft. She is being held on a $73,000 bond.
Previously, Mabry was in the Llano County jail after authorities said she tried to swipe a woman's purse in an HEB parking lot in Kingsland. But the 71-year-old target fought back, leading to Mabry's arrest. Mabry faces aggravated robbery charges in Llano County.
College Station police believe Mabry also grabbed Dana Grove's purse at a local Kroger a few weeks ago.
Grove was able to get her attacker's license plate to track down Mabry. A warrant was then issued for Mabry's arrest in Brazos County.
Mabry is the daughter of Gerldine Lloyd, one of the two Bryan women who were believed to have been murdered by Christian Olsen. Olsen went on trial Monday for the capital murder of Etta Jean Westbrook.
Mabry's sister, Kelly Sifuentez is Christian Olsen's girlfriend. Sifuentez is also charged with her mother's murder.
