Bicyclist Hit By Car on George Bush Drive

It was a scary scene Monday morning for a bicyclist and a College Station driver.

Around 9 a.m., a woman on a bicycle was struck by a car at the intersection of George Bush Drive and Anderson street.

According to College Station police, the driver of the car was attempting to turn right onto George Bush Drive and didn't see the bike.

The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, but later released.

The driver of the vehicle was not charged.
