A sweep for stolen guns has yielded several arrests.
Warrants were simultaneously issued Thursday in Brazos and Washington counties.
The search turned up guns and a number of other items.
At 9 a.m. Thursday, the search warrants were executed at three homes: one on Sbisa Way in Bryan, one on San Pedro in College Station and one in the Independence community.
These raids resulted in four felony arrests: two in Brazos County, one in Washington County and one in Burleson County.
Names of those arrested are not being released at this time.
The investigation has been going on for the last several weeks in light of the large number of home burglaries.

The investigation continues with investigators identifying additional suspects and attempting to track the stolen items. More arrests are anticipated.
Anybody that believes that they have purchased a gun or item that may have been stolen is asked to call their local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers.
