She took the stand during the Christian Olsen murder trial. Now that testimony has helped put her behind bars.
21-year-old Melissa Sifuentez was arrested Wednesday afternoon, and charged with two counts of forgery.
Bryan Police say she testified during Olsen's trial for the murder of Etta Jean Westbrook, and admitted to cashing forged checks that belonged to Sifuentez's grandmother, Geraldine Lloyd.
Melissa's Sifuentez's mother, Kelly Sifuentez and Christian Olsen are both charged with Lloyd's murder.
All three lived with Lloyd until police say Lloyd was killed and buried in the backyard in January 2007.
Bond for Melissa Sifuentez was set at $30,000.
