Some local companies are trying to be the biggest winner by being the biggest loser.
The Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce kicked off its Chamber Fitness Challenge Tuesday with a weigh-in at Producers Co-op in Bryan.
About 60 people from local businesses will compete again each other.
They are broken into teams of four, with each team assigned to a personal trainer.
The entire group weighed-in Tuesday at 10,440 pounds.
The teams will work with their trainer for 12 weeks and then weigh-in again May 29. The top three teams with the highest percentage of weight loss will win prizes.
"I want to live healthier, especially by eating right and doing exercise, just look good all around," said Barbara Johnson from the Daniel Jarvis team.
Teammate Lajoyna Nelson said, "This is the before. Catch us in 12 weeks and you'll see the after."
The Chamber Fitness Challenge is part of the Chamber of Commerce's Healthy Workforce Initiative designed to encourage workplace wellness.
