A Brenham family is taking their search for their daughter's suspected killer to the border.
Last week, Manuel and Sandra Lopez were in McAllen hanging up wanted flyers of Berny Figueroa.
They also talked to custom agents at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge, asking them to keep an eye out for Figueroa.
Figueroa, 30, is accused of killing 2-year-old Alexia Lopez a year ago by striking her in the stomach.
Authorities believe Figueroa has fled to Mexico or El Salvado.
Figueroa, who is wanted for capital murder, is 5'5" and weighs 110 pounds
If you have information on her whereabouts, you're asked to call Brenham Police at 979-337-7272.
For anyone interested in helping, an Alexia Lopez Justice Fund has been set up at the Bank of Brenham to help the Lopez family search for Figueroa.
