The greatest show on earth opened Thursday night at Texas A&M. But before the curtain went up on opening night, eight kindergarten classes from Forest Ridge Elementary got a sneak peek.

One of the main attractions was Suzy, an Asian Elephant. The kids sat around the center ring and asked questions of the staff and crew. One of the favorites was "what do elephants like to eat?" The answer: apples and bananas.

Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey's show is at Reed Arena through Saturday.
