A local man accused of possessing nearly one-hundred child pornography images and videos has bonded out of jail again.
Last week, a judge set bond for Gregg Baird at $1,400 for each of the 93 new counts of possession of child porn he faces. That's a grand total of $130,200. Baird was originally arrested last month and charged with seven counts of child porn possession.
Baird fled to West Texas when a warrant was issued on the first seven counts. He was captured and returned to Brazos County, where he bonded out on $70,000 dollars.
Baird, the former vice president of Aggieland Credit Union, has been wearing an ankle bracelet as part of the terms of his bond.
