Two months after a woman was run over by a car, a Bryan man is charged with the crime.

Jose Bedolla, 21, has been arrested for aggravated assault and accident causing damage. He's was released after posting a $50,000.

Authorities say in April, Bedolla stopped a woman walking along a Bryan street and asked for sex. They say when she refused he tried to forcibly get her in his car.

She was able to escape after cutting her attacker with a knife. But in the process, she was run over twice resulting in severe injuries.
