Teams who would like to participate in the cook-off have until August 31st to submit an application. Applications, along with more information about the cook-off, can be found at http://www.texasredsfestival.com.
The entry fee for a 20 x 30 lot is $250 but extra charges apply for electricity and food service permits for those who wish to sell items.
The cook-off will be held in conjunction with the Texas Reds Steak and Grape Festival in Historic Downtown Bryan on October 12-13, 2012.
