Online Merchants Offer Free Shipping to Christmas Procrastinators

If you haven't finished your Christmas shopping, online retailers are offering you an incentive.

Thursday, December 17, is the second annual "Free Shipping Day." The event debuted last year in an effort to extend the online holiday shopping season for online merchants.

This year about 700 online stores will offer free shipping. However, several of these merchants do require a minimum purchase, so you'll just have to read the fine print.
