The Easter bunny is having a busy weekend and that's no exception here in College Station.
Hundreds of people were on the hunt Saturday morning for A&M United Methodist Church's 4th annual Easter egg hunt at Southwood Park in College Station.
Youngsters ran after Easter eggs as quickly as they could and the event also featured a free hot dog lunch, face painting, and bounce houses during this special weekend.
"I'm hoping that families will just take the time today to just play with their kids and connect with each other and take a break from the busyness of their lives," said Joy Williams, A&M United Methodist Church Director of Children's and Family Ministries.
The church will have four services Sunday for Easter beginning with a sunrise service at 6:30 A.M.
