A three car collision near Veterans Park in College Station brought traffic to standstill.

College Station police say two bicyclists were leaving the park, trying to cross University Drive. A car trying to avoid them crashed head on with another vehicle. A third car slammed into them from behind.

Police say only one driver suffered minor injuries but refused treatment. Everyone else, including the bicyclists were not hurt.

The east and westbound lanes were closed for about an hour.
