*10 A.M. Tuesday Update*
Five people are injured after a major accident in Burleson County.
DPS officials say 16-year-old Terran Monique Daniels was driving a red Dodge Neon and failed to yield right of way as she was pulling out at a stop sign at F-M 50 onto Highway 21.
A gray Saturn was approaching down Highway 21 and t-boned into the Neon around 10:22 P.M. Monday.
The 44-year-old driver of the Saturn, Corina Hernandez Tenorio and 64-year-old passenger Maria Rios Arreosola were transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan with major injuries.
The people inside the Neon suffered minor injuries with the driver and a 17-year-old passenger being taken St. Joseph in Bryan.
Another 15-year-old passenger was transported to Burleson Health Center in Caldwell.
DPS sources say the driver of the Neon is expected to be cited for failure to yield right of way.
Four of the people involved have now been released from the hospital.
It's unclear at this time if Maria Arreosola has also been released.

It happened just before 10:30 Monday night at FM 50 and Highway 21, west of the Brazos River.
According to DPS, a Dodge Neon traveling on FM 50 failed to yield the right of way and was t-boned by a Saturn traveling on Highway 21.
The two passengers in the Saturn were taken to the hospital with major injuries and three people in the Neon were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
