Authorities in Navasota have lifted an evacuation at an industrial building and for neighboring homes after a bomb threat.
A caller on a cell phone told the Navasota Police Department there was an explosive inside the Ellwood Texas Forge facility, located on CR 419 on the west side of Highway 6 south of the city.
About 75 workers were inside Wednesday night when the threat was received. They were evacuated, but after a sweep of the facility, nothing was found by authorities.
About ten homes in the area were evacuated as well, and all residents have been allowed to go home.
According to the company's website, Ellwood Texas Forge is a closed die forging company.
