An Amber Alert is in effect for a missing 2-year-old boy in Liberty County, the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office said.
Devon Davis was last seen at his family’s house in the Sam Houston Lakes Estate in Cleveland, TX, around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Devon’s mother said she awoke from a nap to find that he was gone.
There was no word on how the child disappeared, but police fear the child may have been abducted after wandering off.
The search for the toddler was concentrated in the area of FM 2252 and FM 2518.
Devon has red hair and blue eyes, is 30 inches tall and weighs 40 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red and gray jersey T-shirt, jeans and Spiderman tennis shoes.
