Anderson-Shiro Junior-Senior High School Principal Stepping Down

The head administrator at Anderson-Shiro Junior-Senior High School is stepping down following budgets cuts in that district.

Erin Resch tendered his resignation March 27th.

Four weeks ago 15 positions were eliminated at Anderson-Shiro Consolidated ISD to make up for a $366,000 funding shortfall.

Superintendent Brandon Core tells us six positions were laid off while the rest are being cut through attrition.

Resch will remain as the junior- senior high school principal until the end of the school year.
