BCS Chamber to Hold Celebrity Softball Classic Today

Local celebrities will converge this afternoon to take part in the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce's Celebrity Softball Classic. The event will feature Rico Rodriguez of ABC's Modern Family, Raini Rodriguez of Disney's Austin & Ally, the Texas A&M Yell Leaders, local media and civic personalities, and many members of the News 3 team.

Softball fans will enjoy a traditional ballgame dinner of hamburgers and hotdogs sponsored by HEB, as well as additional child friendly activities provided by Charity the Clown and the Bombers inflatables.

Rico and Raini Rodriguez will mingle with the crowd and will have raffle items to raise money for the Bryan Headstart program.

To promote the event, Rico and Raini will be joining KBTX on First News at Four this afternoon, and News 3 will be broadcasting live from the event at 6pm.

The event will take place today, April 27 from 6:00-9:00pm at the Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark. Tickets are $5.00 and can be reserved at (979) 260-5200 or online at BCSChamber.org.
