Bryan, TX- After investigating an apartment fire that happened in Bryan last month, the Bryan Fire Marshall's Office has determined arson was the cause of the fire.
On August 20, 2013, the Bryan Fire Department responded to 1107 Verde #73 to extinguish an apartment fire. The Bryan Fire Marshal’s Office investigated the fire with assistance by members of Bryan Police Department and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
The investigation concluded with the Bryan Fire Marshal’s Office obtaining felony warrants for Arson of a habitation and Burglary of a habitation for LaBrison Jerome Young.
Mr. Young is accused of entering apartment #73 at 1107 Verde on August 20th around 11:30 a.m. and starting a fire in the apartment of his former girlfriend and her family members.
