High winds in Dallas Monday forced airlines to cancel hundreds of flights, including a few at Easterwood Airport at Texas A&M University.

According to the airport's director, two American Eagle arrivals and two American Eagle departures were cancelled Monday afternoon. United Flights to and from the airport were not been affected.

John Happ with Easterwood Airport tells News 3 that the decision to hold flights was made by the individual airline, not the airport. Today's delays were because of the conditions experienced in Dallas.

All service has resumed at the airport.
