Bryan Man Arrested for Assaulting Police Officer and Third DWI

A Bryan man is still in jail after receiving his third DWI and assaulting an officer Saturday night.

Marcus Gutierrez was arrested after reportedly kicking a Texas A&M University Police officer.

Gutierrez was charged with six separate offenses Saturday night including his third DWI, not having a drivers license on him, resisting arrest and obstruction/retaliation.

Gutierrez is being held with a bond totaling $45,600.
