BRYAN – The Bryan Police Department Reserve Unit is looking for a few good men (and women).
If you’ve ever thought about joining the force, but have a full-time job, becoming a Reserve Officer might be a good option.
The Bryan Police Department is hosting an informational meeting Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. You’ll get the chance to learn about Reserve Unit and receive information about the 2015 police academy.
The police academy is administered by the Council of Governments and the department will pay for the police academy if you are interested in becoming a Reserve Officer.
Members of the Reserve Unit are made up of community members who have careers, but unselfishly give of their time and efforts to serve as police officers for the City of Bryan.
