Austin Hasten Charged With Three Third-Degree Felonies

Hasten was indicted on charges of assault of a public servant, intoxicated assault with a vehicle and an accident involving severe bodily injury or death.

He's accused of two hit-and-run accidents and driving his truck into an apartment, injuring a man back in December.

Police say after crashing his pick-up, He fled the scene, dressed only in boxer shorts.

He admitted to taking mushrooms and hit an officer in the face twice.

Reports show Hasten had to be sedated before being transported to the hospital.
