The City of Bryan Animal Center will host a special open house event on Saturday, February 25 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The public is invited to visit the City’s facility at 2207 Finfeather Road to meet the staff, (including new director Julianne Burkhalter), see the changes made to the facility, and visit with the loving animals that are available for adoption.
Visitors to the Center’s open house event will have the opportunity to adopt an animal for free during the “All We Need is Love” adoption event, which runs through February 29.
During this time all adoptions of dogs or cats at the Animal Center are free with the donation of an item (food, treats, toys, blankets, money, etc.) to the Center. Adoptions, which are normally $75, include a free spay/neuter certificate to be redeemed at a participating veterinarian, and includes the Bordetella vaccine for dogs and the first round of vaccines for puppies and kittens under four months of age.
The Animal Center’s regular hours are weekdays from noon to 6:00 p.m. Individuals may also browse the selection of adoptable animals online at: BryanAnimalCenter.com
