Update
The City of Bryan has released an update on the injuries that the Interim City Manager, Kean Register, sustained during a motocross accident on April 20, 2012.
The injuries sustained were to his leg, knee, ribs and back. Register sustained three fractured vertebrae in his lower back; the fractures pose no danger to his spinal cord. Register and his doctors expect a full recovery.
Register plans to return to work on a limited basis beginning Monday, April 30.

The City of Bryan’s Interim City Manager, Kean Register, is recovering after he was involved in a motocross accident in Conroe.
He was transported to a Houston area hospital Sunday where he is being treated for his injuries.
According to a Bryan spokesperson, he is in good condition and looks forward to a complete recovery.
Register will likely be out of the office and unavailable for several days.
His family asks that Mr. Register not be disturbed during this time to allow for a quick recovery.
