Bryan Mayor Jason Bienski will make good on his challenge to College Station Mayor Nancy Berry this Thursday at College Station’s Council Chambers.
On May 30 Bienski and Berry entered into a friendly agreement based upon the outcome of the high school baseball playoff series between Bryan High School and A&M Consolidated High School.
The challenge called for the Mayor representing the losing team of the playoff series to wear the winning school’s t-shirt during a subsequent City Council meeting.
In addition, the losing Mayor had to provide hotdogs, traditional ballpark fare, for the winning team’s City Council.
Consolidated swept the Bryan Vikings in the series on May 30-31.
Because of that result, Bienski, with the help of Bryan’s Hot Dogs & Wings, Etc., will serve the College Station City Council hot dogs during their Council Workshop on Thursday, June 28 at approximately 4:30 p.m.
