A Bryan man is in jail after being arrested for DWI with his two young kids in the car.
According to police, 39-year-old Marcus Mcgee was stopped after failing to signal a lane change around 10:30 pm Monday. His 10-month-old and 4-year-old daughters were in the car.
Mcgee was arrested for outstanding warrants and police said he began to sweat profusely. He was taken to St. Joseph Hospital for a blood draw and arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
He's being held on $31,000 bond.
