COLLEGE STATION A College Station man is in jail after being stopped for driving while intoxicated with two children in the front seat.
According to police 39-year-old Francisco Javier Gomez was arrested just after 11 o'clock Sunday night. An officer saw Gomez swerving during a three block distance.
When they stopped, officers stated that they found a cold Modelo beer in the cup-holder and two children in the front seat not wearing a seat belt.
Gomez was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age and driving with an invalid license with seven previous suspensions.
