Around 1:35 am, the officer noticed an unconscious man at a picnic table in the 300 block of Church Street. The officer attempted to make contact with the man, causing him to wake up. The man was intoxicated, failed to identify himself, and tried to run away from the officer. After taking chase the officer was able to catch the suspect.
