CS Hilton Hotel Hosts Grand Re-Opening Gala to Benefit Brazos Valley Food Bank

The Hilton College Station and Conference Center unveiled its updated look Wednesday night at a party benefiting the Brazos Valley Food Bank.

The hotel has renovated conference and hotel rooms, office areas and hotel bar.

Attendees had the chance to check out the Hilton's new look while enjoying a jazz themed soiree.

Everyone was asked to bring a canned good to benefit the Brazos Valley Food Bank and in return was given a raffle ticket for a fabulous giveaway.

"Part of tonight we partnered with the Brazos Valley Food Bank, and were selling $3 raffle tickets. Every penny of the proceeds that we collect tonight will go back to the food bank. Its just are way of continuing to support the food bank," Barron Hobbs, General Manager of the Hilton College Station and Conference Center said.

More than $1,100 was raised for the Brazos Valley Food Bank.

The grand prize in the raffle was a trip to New Orleans. Others won weekend stays in destination cities.
