Cameron Teenager Leads Rockdale Police On High Speed Chase

A 14-year-old Cameron boy has been arrested in Rockdale on charges of evading arrest.

Police say they attempted to stop the teen heading east but he refused to stop. A high speed chase ensued with speeds reaching 100 miles per hour. The vehicle crashed near Tetco, struck a curb on the right hand side and flipped the car over.

The teen was taken into custody after his release from the hospital. He was taken to the Rockdale juvenile justice center.
